I’ve been riding my Jansno bike for a few months now, mostly for daily trips, and it’s been dependable so far. The motor, brakes, and battery have all held up well, and I haven’t had any random shutoffs or parts feeling loose while riding.
The only small complaints I have are that the display buttons feel a bit cheap, and I did have to tighten a couple screws after the first week. Not a big deal though. Overall, I’m happy with it and would casually recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable everyday e-bike.

Waited almost three weeks for it to show up. Annoying, honestly

I really liked this bike at first. Looked tough and was fun to ride. But after just a few rides, some of the frame parts and screws started feeling really cheap. Then the rattling started. Not great. For the price, I expected it to hold up a lot better.

I’ve been using the bike for a bit it’s decent. Nothing fancy, but for the price it feels like a fair deal and it does what I need it to do. So yeah.

The site worked fine for the most part, but I did get a bit lost with some of the instructions. To be fair, I was probably rushing and since it was my first time buying, I might’ve missed a few obvious things. Still, I had to click around more than I expected to figure out what to do next. Not a bad experience, just think the directions could be a little clearer for new buyers.

Bought an e-bike from jansno.com, but ended up needing to return it because the size just wasn’t right for me. Not really their fault, just didn’t work out.

Support did get back to me, but the refund took longer than I expected. Had to follow up twice before it finally went through. Got my money back in the end, so overall okay, just a little frustrating

My order did show up eventually, but I kind of regret not being more worried when it took longer than expected. The box was banged up when it arrived, and one corner was actually open. Luckily, the bike seemed mostly okay inside, aside from a few small marks. It wasn’t a total disaster, but I do wish it had been packed better.

When I first got the bike, it looked decent, so I assumed it was going to hold up well. After a few rides though, a couple of parts started feeling kind of cheap and a bit loose. Maybe I expected more because it seemed like a solid bike from the listing, but for the price, I’m a little disappointed. It’s not awful, just not as sturdy as I thought it would be.

It bottoms out even on small bumps, and after just a few rides it started making these super annoying clunking sounds. It doesn’t feel very stable either, especially on rough roads, which makes the whole ride feel a bit sketchy.
I tried adjusting it, but it barely made any difference. For the price, I really expected it to be at least somewhat comfortable. Definitely wouldn’t buy it again...

I was expecting the warranty process to drag on forever, so I was already getting impatient, but they got it sorted fast. No big hassle, which was a relief.

I thought the website looked clean and was easy to move around. The photos are nice, and I liked that the colors didn’t feel too loud or cluttered. A couple of small things on mobile could be a little clearer, like where to tap next in some spots, but overall the design felt polished and pleasant to use.

I wanted to like it, but it really loses power fast once you hit a hill. I ended up pedaling way more than I thought I would, which was frustrating. When I asked about it, I felt kind of talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how it was supposed to work. Overall, not a great experience if you’ve got hills around

The battery lasted well on my usual rides. I wasn’t expecting anything crazy, but for normal day-to-day use, it did exactly what I needed without me constantly worrying about charging it.

Putting it together was really simple. Like I said, it was easy, and I didn’t have any trouble getting it assembled

The charger showed up quickly, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using it for a bit now and it’s working great so far—no complaints at all

I feel a bit embarrassed admitting how excited I was for it, because after just a few minutes the seat starts feeling super hard, and every bump seems to go straight into my back. It’s just not enjoyable for daily rides like I hoped it would be. I really expected better and ended up disappointed

Checkout did go through fine, but the final step wasn’t super clear, so I ended up double-checking my info before placing the order. I got the confirmation after a little while, so that was reassuring. Not a bad experience, just not the smoothest, and I’d probably order again if I needed something specific.

I had to reach out to after-sales for a small issue. They did get back to me and eventually helped sort it out, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average. I guess compared to some other support teams...

The bike itself is decent, but the brakes haven’t been great for me. They take longer to stop than I’m comfortable with, especially going downhill, which makes daily riding feel a bit sketchy. I reached out to support and they basically said to “give the brakes some time to bed in” and check the adjustment, which is fair, but I still expected stronger stopping power out of the box.

I’ve had these tires on for a few weeks now, and so far they’ve been solid. I was actually checking my email receipt the other day to see when I bought them, and they still look almost new. They grip well on wet roads and gravel, and the road noise isn’t bad at all. I’m taking off one star because they do feel a little stiff, but overall I’m happy with them.
